Shimano's DG-1 grease is specially developed for lubricating slip-discs. For all reels with Teflon, felt or carbon discs. First clean the slip discs one by one, then apply a little grease to each disc. 

In addition to grease for the slip discs, you can also obtain Premalub grease from Shimano. This Premalub grease is suitable for the separate parts in a reel such as the bearings etc.
