The IQ2 fluorocarbon is a lot smoother than IQ fluorocarbon. A big advantage of the smoother fluorocarbon over the rigid version is that the bait behaves much more naturally underwater. This certainly comes into its own when fishing with the lighter breaking strains such as 10lb and 12lb. Combine either with a size 10 Wide Gape or a Long Shank with a small grain of corn or a piece of boilie and you have a hookbait that behaves just like the rest of the food on offer. Because of its thinner diameter, this line is also very suitable for Zig-rig fishing. It is invisible yet works well with smaller hook sizes.
