The Daiwa Prorex X Baitcasting rod with a length of 2.35 metres and a casting weight of up to 84 grams makes it possible to use a variety of baits for pike and perch fishing. The blank of this well-balanced rod charges superbly during casting and allows huge casting distances. Bait such as deep-set crankbaits, large wobblers and medium to heavy rubber shads can be brought in evenly, as well as aggressively chased and twitched, without overloading the rod or losing control of the bait.

The high-quality HMC+ carbon fibre blank ensures a lightweight rod, fast actions and huge power reserves. The high-quality spigot joint allows for a very slim construction of the blank, significantly improving balance. Carbon fibre X-windings on the surface of the blank provide extra stability and a distinctive look. Very light Seaguide rings with ceramic inserts and special frame shape prevent entanglement during casting and contribute significantly to the rods' fast action and good balance.
