An important part of your whitefish equipment is, of course, the fishing line. You can fish without a float or without a lead, but you cannot fish without a fishing line. This is why it is so important to choose the right line for your match & coarse fishing. Within the range of fishing lines, the choice is huge. The most common line for whitefish is still a nylon line. This line is suitable for almost all types of whitefish fishing, from feeder fishing to pole rod fishing. Besides nylon, however, there are other types of line, such as dyneema and fluorocarbon, each of which has specific properties.
